Short Term Group Volunteering

Volunteer Aid Nepal provides short-term group volunteering opportunities from 1 week to 12 weeks:

We offer groups of 4 to 22  the opportunity to volunteer together in Nepal. Whether you are a university or community group interested in engaging in development issues, a group of professionals wanting to use your skills to support a cause, or a family looking to spend a volunteer vacation in Nepal, we will cater to your needs. We let you choose the location where your group will be volunteering, the issue with which you will be working, and the length of time you will be staying. In short, we provide as much assistance as your group requires.

We have a wealth of experience in both the development and voluntary sector within Nepal. Our wish is to bring volunteers and organisations together to share time, skills and passion to promote community development in Nepal. Our expertise lies in the ability to tailor make a unique volunteering experience for each group depending on their needs and interests.Volunteer Aid Nepal provides a comprehensive services for groups embarking on their volunteering experience.

Long Term Group Volunteering ( for professionals )

This unique opportunity has been created in order to provide corporate organisations with a structured programme for their employees to participate in during a sabbatical. We are able to provide an ethical and enriching experience through a number of NGO’s, which can be personally tailored to each individual. The length of time for this programme is a minimum of 12 weeks; this allows you to gain the most from the sabbatical experience.
We are looking to work with companies or institutions that have a sabbatical programme in place at present or are interested in introducing such a scheme for their employees.

The Value Proposition

• Variety – We customise engagement for each individual based upon choice of issue, location and available time.

• Integrity – We host volunteers only with needy projects.

• Value – Our services focus on volunteer satisfaction and cost a fraction of what it would cost a corporate to accomplish by itself

• Expertise – Structured volunteer management is our core competency

Fee and Services

The fee we charge depends on the strength of the volunteer group and the duration of the program. We assure you that it is the most economical in the industry. Please contact us at info@volunteeraidnepal.org   so that we may be able to provide the details as specific to you.
